Our on-boarding program spans over six weeks, including a private consultation, a quick-start nutrition guide, and five one-on-one sessions that will introduce CrossFit’s foundational movements.
The purpose of this On-boarding Program is for you to experience CrossFit as it’s designed to be, to determine the best plan for you, and to show you what the Fulcrum Fitness community is all about.
At the end of your six weeks, you will join group classes already briefed on the various standard movements, and with a clear vision of your fitness & health plan. We are dedicated to making you feel welcomed, educated, and optimistic.
