CrossFit
At Fulcrum, we provide a two-track approach in our group CrossFit classes. Open and Life.
Open
For those looking to push their bodies to limits of what is needed to be successful in the “sport of fitness” or in their specific sport/job they may be training for. Carefully planned and executed in a controlled environment, this track is for those who have experience in our training methodology. It can be for everyone and anyone, once we develop the base through our life track.
Life
Movements specifically designed and planned to improve the quality of life in a fun and controlled environment. Perfect for those who are wanting to look better naked, gain/maintain lean muscle mass, or just come in and move. A great option for people who have no interest in competitive during their workouts with others.
FIT
FIT – Functional Interval Training. This class is designed to exercise bodies for daily activities like pushing, lifting, twisting, bending and squatting. Our goals are to increase balance, stability, and strength.

Legends
Our Legends class perfectly embodies how inclusive CrossFit’s methodology is. This class is for individuals 65+ older. We started this class to cater and show that CrossFit is truly for anyone, and to offer an outlet to strengthen and socialize for those 65 and older.
The main focus of Legends is to build foundational strength, work on coordination, and incorporate some light to moderate conditioning. Just like every other program, there will be plenty of modification options depending on fitness and skill level.
CrossFit Kids
At Fulcrum, we believe any age group can benefit from a health and fitness routine. Our CrossFit Kids class is a prime example of this.
Coach Jana does an amazing job teaching challenging and encouraging our young athletes.
This class is a great stand alone activity for children who do not play traditional sports or a great accessory during the off-season for those who participate in other activities.
One thing is for sure, your child will not only learn what it means to move properly, they will have fun in the process!
