Congratulations! You are taking the first step in improving your quality of life. CrossFit can be intimidating, but our goal is to offset any doubts you may have. Here at Fulcrum, our community varies from all different walks of life and fitness levels. For beginners, just like you, we’ve developed a specialized on-boarding program that will meet you no matter what your fitness level.

Our On-Boarding Program

Our on-boarding program spans over six weeks, including a private consultation, a quick-start nutrition guide, and five one-on-one sessions that will introduce CrossFit’s foundational movements. The purpose of this On-boarding Program is for you to experience CrossFit as it’s designed to be, to determine the best plan for you, and to show you what the Fulcrum Fitness community is all about.

At the end of your six weeks, you will join group classes already briefed on the various standard movements, and with a clear vision of your fitness & health plan. We are dedicated to making you feel welcomed, educated, and optimistic.
